A variety of variables are required to happen to accomplish automatic monthly billing.  As a result the process is not fool proof and on occasion this process fails and you need to reactivate your account.

If your account is cancelled or declined, for whatever reason, your
web site and email will not automatically be affected. 

Web services are only activated or terminated by our staff, and not by the billing system.

If your account has been in a declined state for more than 30 days you will also
receive an invoice for hosting that was not billed to your credit card.
